8. Setting up unit using PC software
8.2.4 Engineering units
Here the required engineering unit can be set up. On Pt100 is
automatically set up to °C or °F.
8.2.5 Decimal point
Here the decimal point position that is to be seen in the display
can be set up. On Pt100 one decimal point is automatically set
up.
8.2.6 Scale
Set up the scale in this address (e.g. 0 - 10 bar). On Pt100 this
is automatically set to -100°C to +400 °C, or -148°F to +752°F.
8.2.7 Power interference filter
Select the frequency of the surrounding power supply (required
in order to remove any possible interference from the
surrounding power supply) (50 Hz or 60 Hz).

8.3 Analogue limits

The following set-up can be made in the menu "Analogue
limits":
8.3.1 Lower set point
Enter the lower set point dependent on the selected
engineering unit (e.g. 2 [bar]). Once this value is undercut a
limit mark appears in the display (see chapter 6.1). Dependent
on the set-up storage mode the data is only stored during limit
set point condition (see chapter 8.1.4).
8.3.2 Upper set point
Enter the upper set point dependent on the selected
engineering unit (e.g. 10 [bar]). Once this value is undercut a
limit mark appears in the display (see chapter 6.1). Dependent
on the set-up storage mode the data is only stored during limit
set point condition (see chapter 8.1.4).
