Demo mode
You can do the test of the oven or see all the operating
steps in the Demo mode. The oven does not use the heat.
You can use Demo mode only when the appliance is first
connected or there was a power cut and "12:00" and
flash on the display.

If there is a power cut the Demo mode function stays

Preheating
Set Conventional Cooking function and maximum tem-
perature and run an empty oven for 45 minutes (refer to
"Setting the oven function"). This is to burn off any residue
from the cavity surface. Accessories can become hotter
than in normal use. During this period an odour can be
emitted. This is normal. Make sure the room is well ven-
tilated.
