Setting Convection Broil

This mode uses the Broil element combined with the
convection fan.
Place food in a cold oven on the wire rack facing up for
broil.
Press More Modes once.
1.
More Modes and a list of available modes appear on
the display.
Press the number key 2.
2.
MORE MODES Convection Broil High appears on the
display. press enter is blinking. The status bar
appears empty.
Press +Amount to change the setting to Broil Low.
3.
Press Enter.
4.
The status bar appears red.
Opening appliance door during operation
Opening the appliance door during operation will
interrupt the current mode. When you close the
appliance door, operation will be resumed.

Setting Melt Butter

Press More Modes once.
1.
More Modes and a list of available modes appear on
the display.
Press the number key 3.
2.
MORE MODES Melt Butter and press enter appear on
the display. The default amount 2 tbsp is blinking. The
status bar appears empty.
Press +Amount to change the quantity.
3.
Press Enter.
4.
The timer starts counting down. The status bar
appears red.
Opening appliance door during operation
Opening the appliance door during operation will
interrupt the current mode. Close the appliance door and
then press Enter to resume operation.
Once the time has elapsed
The display shows finished.
sounds every ten seconds.
Press Clear/Off. The appliance goes to stand-by mode
and the time of day is displayed.

Setting Melt Chocolate

Press More Modes once.

More Modes and a list of available modes appear on

Press the number key 4.

appear on the display. The default amount 1 cup is
blinking. The status bar appears empty.
Press +Amount to change the quantity.

Press Enter.
