The appliance starts preheating. The status bar starts
filling up in red to show the preheating progress.
When the set temperature is reached the status bar is
filled up completely and a beep sounds. The display
shows preheat complete.
Changing the temperature setting
To change the temperature during operation, touch
Convection. The temperature begins to flash. Type in the
new temperature using the number keys and confirm
with Enter.
Opening appliance door during operation
Opening the appliance door during operation will
interrupt the current mode. When you close the
appliance door, operation will be resumed.
Cancel operation
Touch Clear/Off to cancel the active oven mode. The
appliance turns off and the clock is displayed.
The cooling fans may continue to run for awhile and then
switch off automatically.

Setting the Oven Timer

Use the oven timer function to program a cook time for
Convection after which the oven will turn off
automatically.
You can set the oven timer in hours and minutes
(hh:mm).
The convection mode has to be set.
Press Convection. Convection and press enter

Press Oven Timer.

Enter the desired cook time with the number keys.

The oven timer begins to count down.
When the timer has reached
and the appliance goes to stand-by mode.
Running oven timer and kitchen timer at the same time
You can use the kitchen timer and the oven timer at the
same time. The oven timer will be displayed next to the
cooking mode. The kitchen timer will be displayed below
the oven timer.
If the oven timer runs out first, touch Clear/Off once to
stop the timer end signal.
CONVECTION will remain on the display. The status bar
appears empty. Once the kitchen timer has run out,
touch Clear/Off again. The display goes to stand-by
mode.
