SAVE THIS INSTRUCTION.
Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to assemble, operate or install the prod-
uct. This manual contains important information about the assembly, operation and maintenance. General
safety information is presented in these first few pages. Please keep this manual for future reference and
to educate new users of this product.
• During design and construction the Manufacturer has carefully considered all aspects that could cause possible hazards
and personal risks.
• The manufacturer has adopted all the "rules of good construction practice" and constructed with specifically selected
materials to guarantee food hygiene and working operability
• Close supervision is necessary when any appliances are used by or near children.
• The use of accessory attachments not recommended may cause hazard or injury.
• Do not put or store any flammable liquid, gas or other objects around the product.

4. OPERATION INSTRUCTION

1. Lift the press "C", then use the button "E" to low-
er the bottom of the basin "B".
2. Insert a disk in the basin, fill it with enough
ground food product (do not exceed basin capac-
ity) and cover it with another disk.
3. Lower the press and slightly press ground food
product with the press.

5. CLEANING

Use a damp cloth or sponge to accurately clean all
appliance parts (including surrounding areas) that
can come into direct or indirect contact with food
products to avoid the risk of contamination and
maintain hygiene.

6. WARRANTY

Any defect affecting the functionality of the ap-
pliance which becomes apparent within one year
after purchase will be repaired by free repair or re-
placement provided the appliance has been used
and maintained in accordance with the instructions
and has not been abused or misused in any way.
Your statutory rights are not affected. If the appli-
