6. Starting the shaker

Before connecting the mains plug with the power supply make sure that the tension of the
motor corresponds to your mains voltage.
1. The display appears black. Pressing any key activates the indication.
2. Choose the desired sieving time with the arrow key.
3. Start the sieving by pressing the Start/Resume key.
4. A permanent beep announces the end of the sieving and has to be acknowledged
with the Stop key
5. Should the sieving be interrupted or stopped, press the Stop key and restart with
the Start/Resume key.
The timer can also indicate time in general.
Setting the clock: Press the Set/Display key until the LED Set shines. Select the time with
the arrow keys. Press the Set/Display key once again, the time is set. To read the time press
the Set/Display key shortly again. The time is indicated. After a short time the time
automatically returns to the indication of the sieving time.
If the power supply is interrupted (mains failure, power plug
disconnected) the machine is not secured against a restart. Test sieving
continues automatically.
WARNING: Make sure fingers and hand are not placed between
hammer and sieve cover. There is great risk of injury!

There are three ways to set the sieving
time. It can be set in seconds, minutes or
hours. To do so press the Mode key until
the LED Sek/Min/Std shines at the
desired position.
 Seconds: Indication of seconds
 Minutes: Indication of minutes and
seconds
 Hours: Indications of hours and
minutes
