Remedy
• check control plugs and connectors
• check the connection of the gear motor to
the screw shaft
• check if the feeder duct is not blocked and
that the screw shaft can rotate freely in
the duct
• check fan plugs and cables
(with connectors)
• replace fan
• replace control module
• check heating element plugs and cables
(with connectors)
• clean igniter opening
• high fuel moisture content
• replace heating element
• replace or clean the flame sensor
• clean flame sensor opening
• reduce air volume, check feed and pause
