MAINTENANCE

Maintenance périodique
- Pour obtenir un fonctionnement correct de
l'installation, il est nécessaire de procéder à
un entretien préventif des unités, intérieure et
extérieure, par du personnel qualifié.
Installation générale
- Effectuer une inspection visuelle de l'ensem-
ble de l'installation en service.
- Vérifier la propreté de l'installation en général
et vérifier que les évacuations de condensats
ne sont pas obstruées, particulièrement celle
de l'unité intérieure, avant la saison d'été.
- Vérifié l'état du bac.
UNITÉ EXTÉRIEURE
Circuit frigorifique
- Nettoyer l'échangeur à air en utilisant un
produit spécial pour les batteries aluminium-
cuivre et rincer à l'eau. Ne pas utiliser d'eau
chaude ni de vapeur, car cela pourrait entraî-
ner une augmentation de la pression du
réfrigérant.
- Vérifier que la surface des ailettes en alumi-
nium de l'échangeur n'ont pas été détériorées
par des coups ou éraflures, et si nécessaire
les nettoyer avec l'outil adéquat.
Circuit électrique
- Vérifier que le câble d'alimentation générale
ne présente pas d'altérations pouvant nuire à
l'isolation.
- Vérifier que les câbles d'interconnexion
entre les deux unités ne présentent pas
d'altérations et sont correctement raccordés.
- Vérifier le raccordement à la terre.
UNITÉ INTÉRIEURE
- Pour un fonctionnement correct de l'instal-
lation, il est indispensable de nettoyer
régulièrement le filtre à air situé au niveau de
l'aspiration de l'unité intérieure.
- Le filtre encrassé, provoque une diminution
de débit de l'air à travers la batterie de l'unité
intérieure, ce qui diminue le rendement de
l'installation et entrave le refroidissement du
moteur de ventilation.
- Vérifier l'état de propreté de la batterie inté-
rieure.
- La carte électronique de votre unité intérieurs
est équipé d'un fusible de 3,5A.
ATTENTION

SERVICING

Routine servicing
- To ensure the correct operation of the installa-
tion, it is necessary to have preventive mainte-
nance of the indoor and outdoor units carried
out by qualified personnel.
General installation
- Carry out a visual inspection of the complete
installation in service.
- Check the general cleanness of the installation,
and check that the condensate evacuations are
not blocked, particularly on the indoor unit,
before the summer season.
- Check the condition of the tray.
OUTDOOR UNIT
Coolant system
- Clean the heat exchanger using a special
product for aluminium-copper
exchangers, and rinse with water. Do not use
hot water or steam, as this could cause the
pressure of the coolant to increase.
- Check that the surface of the aluminium fins of
the heat exchanger is not damaged by impacts
or scratches, and clean with an appropriate tool
if necessary.
Electrical section
- Check that the main power supply cable is not
damaged or altered in such a way as to affect
the insulation
- Check that the interconnecting cables
between the two units are not damaged or
altered, and that they are correctly connected.
- Check the earth connection.
INDOOR UNIT
- In order for the installation to operate correctly,
it is essential to regularly clean the air filter
located in the intake of the indoor unit.
- When clogged, the filter reduces the air flow
through the heat exchanger of the indoor unit,
which in turn reduces the efficiency of the ins-
tallation and inhibits the cooling of the fan
motor.
- Check the cleanness of the indoor heat
exchanger.
- The PC board of your indoor unit is equipped
with a 3.5 A fuse.
CAUTION
BEFORE CARRYING OUT ANY
OPERATION ON THE
EQUIPMENT, CHECK THAT THE
ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY IS
SWITCHED
OFF AND THAT IT CANNOT
BE SWITCHED ON
INADVERTENTLY.

WARTUNG

Regelmäßige Wartung
- Für einen einwandfreien Betrieb der Anlage ist
eine vorbeugende Wartung der Innen- und
Außenteile durch qualifiziertes Personal
erforderlich.
Allgemeine Anlage
- Eine visuelle Prüfung der gesamten Anlage im
Betrieb vornehmen.
- Die Anlage ganz allgemein auf Sauberkeit
prüfen und vor der Sommersaison kontrol-
lieren, dass die Kondenswasserablaufrohre
nicht verstopft sind, besonders an dem
Innenteil.
- Den Zustand der Kondensatwanne prüfen.
AUßENTEIL
Kältekreislauf
- Den Wärmetauscher mit einem Spezialprodukt
heat für Aluminium-Kupfer-Batterien reinigen und
mit Wasser nachspülen. Weder heißes Wasser
noch Dampf verwenden, da dadurch der Druck
des Kältemittels erhöht werden könnte.
- Prüfen, dass die Aluminiumlamellen des
Wärmetauschers nicht durch Stöße oder
Schrammen beschädigt sind und sie, falls
notwendig, mit einem geeigneten Werkzeug
reinigen.
Elektrischer Teil
- Prüfen, dass das Anschlusskabel keine die
Isolierung beeinträchtigenden Beschädi-
gungen aufweist.
- Prüfen, dass die Verbindungskabel der beiden
Geräteteile nicht beschädigt und sachgemäß
angeschlossen sind.
- Den Erdanschluss prüfen.
INNENTEIL
- Für einen einwandfreien Betrieb der Anlage
muss der am Ansaug des Innenteils
befindliche Luftfilter regelmäßig gereinigt
werden.
- Ein verschmutzter Filter führt zu einer
Reduzierung des Luftstroms durch den
Wärmetauscher des Innenteils, was wiederum
die Leistung der Anlage reduziert und die
Kühlung des Lüftermotors beeinträchtigt.
- Den Wärmetauscher des Innenteils auf
Sauberkeit prüfen.
- Die Leiterplatte der Innenteile ist mit einer
Sicherung 3,5 A ausgestattet.
ACHTUNG
