PRECAUTIONS FOR USE OF THE STEAM KIT

1. Never leave the steam generator turned on or in operation if there is no water in the tank;
2. After each use, turn off the light switch on the handle and the light main switch on the boiler;
3. Clean the outside of the steam generator with a damp cloth;
4. Do not wash the generator with water to prevent infiltrations inside the boiler;
5. Clean the spray nozzles with water and dry with a brush;
6. Clean the holes with a needle;
7. Keep the water tank clean;
8. Replace the descaling filter at least once a year.
WARNING
Do NOT touch the steam spray nozzles or the metal panels of the machine
with your hands due to the high temperatures that they reach during
operation.

DUPLEX STEAM DESCALING

We recommend descaling the system every time you notice a reduction in the steam jet.
Use any of the conventional products found on the market for descaling coffee machines, irons
etc.
1. Descaling must be carried out with the machine turned off;
2. Place the machine either on top of waterproof material or over a collection tank (the descaling
product could damage the floors);
3. Fill the tank with a solution of water and descaling product (for the proportions see the
instructions indicated on the descaling product package). We recommend preparing the
water/descaling product solution in a bottle, shake it well and pour it into the tank;
4. Turn on the switches to activate the steam function, without activating brush;
5. Wait for the water/descaling product solution to be completely finished;
6. Turn off the switches to deactivate the steam function;
7. Rinse the tank and fill with water;
8. Turn the switches on to activate the steam function;
9. Let the steam escape for about 10 minutes (time necessary for washing and rinsing the
nozzles).
