ACTION
• Verify voltage applied on terminals 101 / 102 and 201 / 202
is 220-240 Vac ± 20 %
• Verify selector mode position is on AUTO (Automatic)
• Verify selector mode position is on Man (Manual)
to allow handle introduction
• Verify product is not padlocked
• Verify handle rotation direction is correct
• Apply enough progressive power on the handle to allow movement
• Verify handle is removed from housing
• Verify product is not padlocked
• Verify type of key used (ATyS 3e and 6e)
• Disconnect power supply to try to reset the fault
(terminals 101-102, and 201-202)
• In case of optional module connection,
verify external fault input Ft1 or Ft2 is not active
• Verify active mode (manual)
• Verify handle is removed from housing
• Verify changeover switch position is 0
(excepted in case of 3 positions padlocking option)
• Press test lamp to verify led is operational
• Verify nominal preset values (voltage and frequency)
• Verify voltage and frequency thresholds
• Verify A / M selector is on AUTO position
• Verify emergency source is available (ex: genset is started)
• Verify voltage applied on terminals 101 / 102 and 201 / 202
is 220-240Vac ± 20 %
• Verify password to access test (4000)
• Verify A / M selector is on AUTO position
• Verify MRT is counted down
• Verify A / M selector is on AUTO position
• Verify manual retransfer feature is not active
(press validation to allow retransfer)
• Verfiy CDT is counted down
terminals 73-74 (disconnect connector if required)
• Verify optional modules are correctly tightened
• Wait for 3 minutes, power off, to reset and allow optional module detection
If Sce = I, command 1 will close switch I.
If Sce = II, command 1 will close switch II
• Verify control logic (impulse or contactor mode)
• Verify external command are not inhibited (terminals 313 and 317)
