The operating conditions are:
Minimum operating temperature: - 25°C
Maximum operating temperature: + 55°C
IP degree of protection: IP21 on the front side and fitted to the central console
IP degree of protection: IP00 on the rear side
Humidity: 90% at 40°C

Conformity to legal and regulatory requirements

The MODYS module conforms to the directives and norms below:
Low voltage directive 73/23/CEE and associated standard EN 60950-1: 2006.
Electromagnetic compatibility directive 89/336/CEE and associated standards EN 61000-6-2 and EN 61000-6-4
(emission and protection)

Limitation of Harmful substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (LSDEEE or RoHS) (Directive 2002/95/CE

2. Description

2.1.

Standard configuration

The MODYS is comprised of:
on the front side:
o
a key switch for starting up or shutting down the entire module (ON/OFF);
a START button to start the generating set in manual mode;
LEDs to indicate faults and an LED for normal operation.
on the rear side:
o
2 9-pin and 3-pin connectors for the electrical connection of the generating set to the MODYS module.
underneath:
o
a switch to adjust the value of the nominal frequency (50/60 Hz); this value will depend on the type of network
used.
