Soft dome (or soft tip):
• Attention: soft domes should be cleaned
separately from the MaRiC module. The
MaRiC module could be damaged if the
softdomes are cleaned together with the
MaRiC.
• Clean daily with a soft and dry tissue.
• In case of severe dirt, you may clean it
with special (moist) cleaning tissues or
with soluble cleaning tablets for hearing
aid products. You may alternatively have it
cleaned with an ultrasound cleaner.
• Clogged soft domes can be rinsed off under
streaming lukewarm water. In case of severe
dirt, change in the properties or damage of
the material occurs, the soft dome should be
replaced.
Attention: Never use aggressive cleaning
products, abrasives or solvents! This can cause
damage to the soft dome or the module.

Storage

At night:
Open the battery door slightly to shut the
device off. This will increase the operational
life of the battery. Store the device in a secure
location outside of its box. This allows for the
evaporation of any moisture in the device.
