The winch is fitted with two clamps (1) so that it can be mounted on a pipe. The size of bar must
correspond with the size of the clamps and must also withstand a double nominal load. We
recommend that you contact a qualified technician.
All screws must be properly tightened. The anchoring of the bar should be checked by a qualified
technician before using the winch for the first time.
Only connect the winch to an earthed socket, protected by a residual current device.
Check that the mains voltage at the place of use matches the rated voltage on the type plate.
An extension cord must comply with the data in the table.

Use
The winch is designed to lift and secure loads vertically with the maximum load specified on the rating
plate.
Only use the machine for its intended purpose. Any other use is considered unintended use. The
manufacturer may not be held liable for any damage resulting from such use. The responsibility lies with
the user.
Before operation
Everyone who intends to use the winch must read through and understand these Operating
Instructions before use.
The user must always use the machine in accordance with the Operating Instructions.
The winch is not dimensioned for continuous operation. The operating mode is: Intermittent
operation without affecting start-up.
Use
The winch must only be used at an ambient temperature from 0°C to 40°C. The relative humidity
must be less than 85%. Height above sea level: max. 1000 m.
Wear ear protection when using the winch in a noisy environment or if the A-weighted sound
pressure level is high where the operator is standing.
The operator must lift the load from the floor at the lowest possible speed. The wire must be
tensioned before the load is lifted.
Avoid giving the motor short pulses for long periods.
Do not attempt to lift a load that is stuck or blocked.
It is prohibited to pull loads sideways, or from the side. Do not swing a load backwards and
forwards.
Do not leave suspended loads unattended unless safety measures have been taken.
Make sure that the load is firmly secured in the hook or in the extra hook if a pulley block is used.
Always keep at a safe distance from the load and steel wire.
Check whether the emergency stop switch (12) has been pressed. Turn the red stop button
clockwise to unlock it.
Press the pushbutton ▲ (13) to raise the load.
Press the pushbutton ▼ (13) to lower the load.
Arm for automatic stop mechanism (4): If the maximum lifting height has been reached, the arm (4)
will be pressed up by the release weight (8). This will activate the limit switch, whereby the load
cannot be lifted any higher.
The winch stops if the emergency stop switch (12) is pressed.
In an emergency, press the emergency stop switch (12) immediately to stop the winch. The winch
cannot be operated after the emergency stop has been pressed.
Pulley block function
The winch is fitted with a pulley (6) and an extra hook (7). The correct use of this equipment
enables the winch to lift double the load. Fit the pulley (6) and extra hook (7) on the wire as shown
in the illustration above. The fixed hook (9) must be hung in the retaining hole (15).
