5.1

Setup menu

This section describes the basic operation and structure of the setup menu. Line current detector-specific
settings are described beginning with section 5.2, "Activation of the line current detection function,"
page 46.
Starting from normal mode, the setup menu is reached by pressing the OP suction and basic suction
buttons simultaneously:

All entries in the setup menu can be selected one after the other using the surgical suction button. After
the last item has been reached, the setup menu starts again at the opening display:

An abbreviation for the currently selected submenu item is shown in the upper display. The lower display
shows the associated parameter, which can be selected using the basic suction button or changed using the
up/down buttons.
The entries in the setup menu can vary depending on the model and hardware and software version as
well as the operating status.
The line current detector is configured under the
