Installation
NOTICE
The city main water inlet (Fig. 3, rep. 4) is installed on the right side of the break-
tank as standard. For a convenient and easy installation, it is possible to move it to
the left side.
To do so the product should not be connected electrically or hydraulically.
DANGER
Physical injuries!
The applicable regulations for the prevention of accidents must be complied with.
▪ Unscrew the 4 screws and remove the front cover as shown on Fig. 8.
▪ Remove the clamp as indicated (Fig. 9), then push the valve body to the back (Fig. 3,
rep. 12). Ensure to not lose the sealing gasket of the valve.
▪ Unscrew (Fig. 10) the upper module of the system in order to release the complete
break-tank then remove it.
▪ Unscrew (Fig. 11) the top cover of the break-tank and remove it.
▪ Disassemble the float valve (Fig. 12) and install it on the other side.
▪ Proceed the reverse way to assemble the system.
CAUTION
The break-tank could contain city main water up to 11 liters. Make necessary ar-
rangements to drain it during this operation.
Wall mounting instructions:
▪ Mark the drill holes on the wall as indicated (Fig. 13).
▪ Use the provided screw anchors if suitable with wall material.
▪ Use 3 screws Ø 8 mm, without tightening them completely. If used, the washers' dia-
meters should not exceed 16 mm.
▪ Mount the system on the screws through the oblong holes on the rear side (Fig. 14),
adjust and then tighten with a screwdriver from the front side (torque max. 5N.m).
CAUTION
The product should be set perfectly level to work properly. Ensure that the product
is horizontal with a spirit level or an equivalent tool.
CAUTION
Hazards due to malfunctions!
Non-compliant feed and drain couplings cause malfunctions in the installation. The
flexible hoses for feeding and draining should not, in any case, be blocked or bent
after assembly. The bending radius of the draining pipe must be higher than 60 mm.
Connect the system as described below, after mounting the system on the wall:
▪ The rainwater suction pipe (G1'') (Fig. 3-4, rep. 8) to the rainwater storage tank. The
pipe should hava a diameter of 25 mm. The maximum suction head of the pump should
take into account the head losses.
▪ The discharge pipe (G1'') for the supply of rainwater (Fig. 4, rep. 7).
▪ The city main water pipe (G3/4'') (Fig. 3-4, rep. 4).
▪ The overflow pipe (Ø19) (Fig. 3-4, rep. 9).
▪ The rainwater level sensor (Fig. 4, rep. 5), packed separately, should be placed in the
rainwater storage tank as shown in figure 4, and the cable routed through a cable tray
to the system and connected to the control panel (Fig. 3, rep. 18).
