Er ist geeignet zur Temperaturüberwachung und -regelung in Wärmeerzeugungsanlagen, in Heizungs-, Klima-, Lüftungsanlagen, zur Belüftung, Kühlung, Klimatisierung in Hallen, Kühl räumen, Gewächshäusern, Gärtnereien, Stallungen, Aufzugsräumen, als Industrieraum thermostat oder Aufbauthermostat in Industrieanwendungen sowie im Feuchtraum- und Außenbereich.

Der Kapillar regler ist geeignet zur Temperaturüberwachung oder -regelung von nicht aggressiven flüssigen oder gasförmigen Medien, in der Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimatechnik sowie im Maschinen- und Apparatebau, zum Einbau in Tauchhülsen oder in Klimakanäle.
