Remove the adjustment ring (fig. 29, 1)
carefully from the union nut (2).
•
Unscrew the union nut (fig. 29, 2) and
remove the air cap (3), air screen (4), nozzle
(5) and nozzle seal (6).
Never clean seals, diaphragm and
i
nozzle or air holes of the spray gun
with metal objects.
Do not immerse in solvent, only wipe.
•
Clean the air cap, air screen, nozzle seal, and
nozzle with a brush and water.
•
Assemble the parts again (see "Assembly").
Assembly
Attention! Never operate the device
if the nozzle seal is either damaged
or missing. If the nozzle seal is
either missing or damaged liquids
can enter the device and increase
the risk of an electric shock.
•
Push the nozzle seal (fig. 30, 6) over the
needle (7); the groove (slot) should point
towards you.
•
Place the nozzle (fig. 31, 5) on to the gun
body with the recess facing downwards.
Attention: Position of needle must be
congruent with the nozzle aperture. (Fig.
32)
