Check that the vacuum producer is correctly installed and
inlet and outlet connected to the duct system. Th e tubing
between the fi lter unit and vacuum producer must be free
from particles. Objects in the vacuum producer can cause
failure.
Check discharge arrangement. No leakage can be al-
lowed.

Manutenzione

If the system does not give full suction after fi lter clea-
ning, it is recommended that the fi ne fi lters are changed.
Use only original fi lters.
Th e condition of the fi lters can be checked by measuring
the pressure drop over the cleaned fi lters with a mano-

Sostituzione fi ltri

Il fi ltro per polvere fi ne va sostituito almeno una volta
all'anno. Usare solo i ricambi originali. Indossare una
mascherina di protezione. Non esponeteVi alla polvere
senza alcuna protezione.
- Spegnete la macchina e staccate
- Indossate i DPI
- Svitate il coperchio della macchina
- Sollevate il coperchio.
- Sfi late il fi ltro e sigillatelo in un sacco di plastica
- Infi late il nuovo fi ltro e chiudete il coperchio
Se la polvere aspirata viene raccolta in un sacco di
plastica, questo va sostituito quando la polvere è a
5 cm dalla valvola in gomma posta ai piedi del ciclone.
Il sacco di plastica deve essere sigillato prima di venir
tolto dal ciclone.
Se la polvere aspirata viene raccolta in un contenitore,
questo va cambiato o svuotato prima di essere pieno

Cleaning of the fi lters
Th e fi lters of the dust separator are cleaned automatically.
Th is is done at diff erent times, depending on
confi guration of the system.
When the fi lter is cleaned a number of very clear air pul-
ses, with a few seconds interval, should be heared.
meter (Part No 8283). If the manometer registers a value
higher than 3 - 4 kPa the fi lters should be changed.
Some time after the installation there should be a follow-
up check on all screws and nuts.
