2 Anzeige PROT. leuchtet bei aktivierter Schutz-
schaltung:
1. wenn einer der Lautsprecherausgänge (15)
kurzgeschlossen ist
2. wenn der Verstärker überhitzt ist
3 Regler BASS BOOST zur Bassanhebung bis

4 Trimmregler GAIN zur Eingangspegelanpas-

5 Schalter MODE für den Betriebsmodus; die fol-
genden Schalterstellungen beziehen sich auf die
Beschriftung über dem Schalter:
FULL für Full-Range-Lautsprecher
(kein Filter eingeschaltet);
an den Ausgängen LINE OUT (10) liegt
ein Signal mit dem Frequenzbereich des
mit den Reglern LP (6) und HP/SUBS.

1.1 Front side
1 POWER LED
2 Indication PROT. lights up with activated protec-
tive circuit:
1. if one of the speaker outputs (15) is short-cir-
cuited
2. if the amplifier is overheated
3 Control BASS BOOST for bass boosting up to
18 dB
4 Trimming control GAIN for input level matching
5 Switch MODE for the operating mode; the follow-
ing switch positions refer to the lettering above
the switch:
FULL for full range speakers
(no filter switched on);
at the outputs LINE OUT (10) a signal is
present covering the frequency range of
the band pass adjusted with the controls
LP (6) and HP/SUBS. (7)

Die Endstufe entspricht der Kfz-Richtlinie. Die Prüf-
nummer ist in den technischen Daten angeben.
Beim Anschluss der Car-HiFi-Endstufe an die
Autobatterie ist besondere Sorgfalt geboten. Bei
Kurzschlüssen können sehr gefährlich hohe
Ströme fließen. Schrauben Sie deshalb unbedingt

2 Safety Notes
The power amplifier corresponds to the directive for
automobiles. The test number is indicated in the
specifications.
When connecting the car HiFi power amplifier to
the car battery, be especially careful. In case of
short circuits there may be dangerously high cur-
rents. Therefore, prior to the connection it is indis-
pensable to screw off the negative terminal of the
car battery.
The power amplifier must be mounted to a me-
chanically stable place in the car. It must be skil-
fully fixed so that it does not get loose and turn into
a dangerous projectile.
