D. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
I. Making a bag with bag roll
1. Plug the unit into a power source;
2. Open the top cover.
3. Make sure the bag cutter is on one end of the cutter rack, Put vacuum
bag underneath cutter rack
4. Pull out the bag material to the suitable length you want
5. Put down on the cutter rack and make sure it is on the right place of the
bags, then slide the cutter from one end to the other end to cut the bag.
6. Put one end of the bag on top of the sealing strip, but not enter the
vacuum chamber.
7. Close the cover and press handle to lock the cover.
8. Press "Manual Seal" to start welding. The lighting up of the yellow
LEDs (8) indicates that welding operation has started.
9. Welding is complete when the blue LED (8) lights up, lift the handle
and remove the bag, which is ready for use.
N.B.: to improve welding operation, it is possible to operate "Pulse" func-
tion before starting welding operation.
II. Vacuum packaging with a bag
1. 1. Put the items inside the bag. For best result leave 4/5 cm. free
space on top of the bag.
2. Clean and straighten the open end of the bag, make sure no dust,
wrinkle or ripples.
3. Place the open end of the bag within the vacuum chamber area. Make
sure the air intake is not covered by the bag.
4. Put the cover down and press handle to lock the cover.
5. Press buttons (6. and 7.) to set welding time between "Dry", "Moist"
and "Extended" and pressure level between "High" and "Gentle"; the
corresponding indicators light up.
6. Press switch (1.) "Vac&Seal - Cancel" to start automatic vac/welding
operation.
