I cannot hear the External Audio device
Possible Cause
Incorrect cable connection
Listen volume is too low
MAINTENANCE HINTS
1. Unplug the unit from the telephone and the AC adapter from the mains supply
before cleaning.
2. Clean the equipment with a damp (not wet) cloth.
3. Do not use solvents or other cleaning agents.

Solution
Check that the External Audio Cable is correctly
connected to the HSG-Basismodul DECT adapter and
the external audio device.
Check the send audio adjustment on the External
Audio device you have connected to.
Adjust the Listen Volume on the remote pack.
