PROBLEM
I plugged everything in but the lights won't come on.
Possible Cause
No power

I cannot hear caller / dial tone

HSG-Basismodul DECT is not
connected correctly
In Handset mode – audio
is being directed to the
handset not the headset
Out of Range indicator is
blinking and beeping
Remote pack battery
unit is flat
Listen volume too low
Incorrect Configuration Dial
setting for your telephone
Headset is not compatible
with the HSG-Basismodul
DECT
Solution
Check that the AC adapter is connected to the base unit.
Check that the AC adapter is connected to the
mains supply.
Check that the AC adapter is the model supplied by
Tenovis.
Solution
Check that the headset is properly connected to the
remote pack's headset port.
Check that the telephone is connected to the base
unit's telephone port.
Press Headset Button to select correct mode.
Walk back into range.
Recharge the battery by placing the remote pack in
the charger bay.
Adjust the Listen Volume on the remote pack.
Try other Configuration Dial settings on the
base unit.
Contact your Tenovis supplier to check
headset compatibility.
