Introduction
WARNING: Before you do any maintenance
work you must read and understand the
safety chapter.

Maintenance

Do a general inspection.
Examine the oil level.
Clean the product.
Examine the skid plate (Soff-Cut 150).

Examine the Lexan cover*.
Examine the blade block guard*.
Examine the cutting blade.
Examine the fuel level.
Clean the spark plug.
Examine the air filter and replace if it is nec-
essary.
Examine the drive belt.
Replace the engine oil .
Lubricate the blade shaft bearings.
Replace the air filter.
Examine and clean the sediment cup.
Examine the spark plug and electrode gap.
To clean the product externally
CAUTION: Always clean the product
immediately after use, before the concrete
becomes dry. Remaining concrete can
cause damage to the product.
1. Remove the blade. Refer to
page 17 .
2. Clean the product with water.
CAUTION: Do not point the water
directly at the engine, especially if you
use a high-pressure washer.

of the product. The intervals change if the product is not
used daily.
