Shower panel – Installation instructions
GB
Dear Customer,
Congratulations on selecting this high-quality shower panel. Please follow the instructions below to install it.
We always recommend leaving installation of the shower column to a qualified plumber only.
Attention: Before installing, turn off the mains water stop cock.
1. Decide on the mounting position.
– The shower panel should be installed so that it conceals the connections of the water supply in the wall and the
flexible hoses (16) can be accommodated in the cavity of the panel.
– The shower panel should be vertically centred over the wall connections.
– The height at which the panel is mounted depends on the height of its subsequent users.
2. Mark the holes for drilling.
– A wall bracket (13) is enclosed. The cross-arm (17) of the shower panel will subsequently be hooked into this
bracket. This must be taken into account when deciding on the height of the holes to be drilled.
3. Drill the holes.
– Use a drill with 6 mm bit to make the holes.
– Insert rawl plugs (15) in the drilled holes.
4. Screw the wall bracket into place.
– Screw the wall bracket (13) onto the wall with the screws (14) so that they lie flat against the wall at the screw holes.
5. Secure the flexible connecting hoses (16)
– Screw the two flexible connecting hoses (16) to the wall connections and to the corresponding terminals on
the shower panel. ATTENTION! Do not twist or tension pipes! At first use check connections for leaktightness!
– Note that the hot water connection is on the right-hand side when viewed from the rear and the cold water connection is
on the left when viewed from the rear.
6. Now hook the panel into the wall bracket.
7. Attach the hand shower holder (3).
– Press against the grey mounting panel for the hand shower holder (3) to pull it out.
– Decide where the wall holder (3) for the hand shower (4) is to be located.
– Mark the holes in accordance with the grey mounting panel, drill the holes and insert rawl plugs (12) in the drilled holes.
– Now screw down the mounting panel with the screws (11) and slide the wall holder (3) into place.
8. Shower hose
– Insert the seal (10) into the connection of the shower hose (9a) and screw the hose onto the connection (5)
at the bottom of the shower panel.
– Insert the second seal (10) into the cone of the shower hose (9b) and screw the hand spray (4) to it. Later on, this can
then be hooked into the hand-spray holder (3).
9. Finally, screw the spray head (1) with the seal (10) onto the connecting element from the front.
Note the following points when using the shower panel:
1. The overhead shower (1) of the shower panel is mounted on a ball-and-socket joint.
2. The selector switch (8) is used to activate the various functions (overhead shower (1), hand shower (4) or massage jets (2).
3. You can adjust the flow rate at the fitting (7) lower down.
4. You can vary water temperature at the thermostat (6).
The safety button must be pressed in to increase the temperature above 38°C.
5. Only some of the anti-limescale rubber nozzles of the massage jets (2) have a hole that delivers a jet of water.
This is necessary on account of the different pressure levels prevailing in water systems and ensures a pleasant
massage and bubbling effect at all times. This is not a manufacturing flaw and therefore no cause for complaint!
Surfaces should only be cleaned with a soft cloth and warm soapy water or mild detergent. Do not use any other chemical
cleaners or polishes as these may damage the surface.
We hope you enjoy using your new shower panel!
