check at maximum heating capacity
2
Insert a combustion analyser in the flue pipe.
Set the boiler to TEST mode at maximum output (100%).
Check that the CO
value is between:
2
9.3 ÷ 9.5% for NATURAL GAS (G20)
10.5 ÷ 10.5% for PROPANE GAS (G31)
If the values are different from those indicated, adjust the CO
mum adjustment screw (ref. 2 fig. 23) and bringing the CO
ed.
- anticlockwise to decrease the CO
- clockwise to increase the CO
2
Proceed with the CO
check at minimum heating capacity.

CO
check at minimum heating capacity
2
Insert a combustion analyser in the flue pipe.
Set the boiler to TEST mode.
Force the test at minimum output (0%) and wait 90 seconds.
Check that the CO
value is between:
2
8.5 ÷ 9.0% for NATURAL GAS (G20)
9.5 ÷ 10.0% for PROPANE GAS (G31)
If the CO
values are different from those indicated, carefully adjust the minimum

"OFFSET" screw (ref. 1 fig. 23) checking that the CO
- anticlockwise to decrease the CO
- clockwise to increase the CO
2
Check that the OFFSET value is between -3 and -9 Pa with differential pressure
gauge, on pressure point ref. 5 fig. 23.
Reinstate everything and exit the TEST mode.
Check the minimum and maximum values 2 or 3 times (at maximum output the CO
must be 0.3 ÷ 0.5 higher than that at minimum output).
ATTENTION
AT MINIMUM OUTPUT THE CO
VALUE MUST ALWAYS BE LOWER THAN THAT

AT MAXIMUM OUTPUT.
TEST mode activation
Press the heating buttons (details 3 and 4 - fig. 1) together for 5 seconds to activate the
TEST mode. The boiler lights at the maximum heating power set as described in the fol-
lowing section.

The heating and DHW symbols (fig. 24) flash on the display; the heating power will ap-
pear alongside.
fig. 24 - TEST mode (heating power = 100%)
Press the heating buttons (details 3 and 4 - fig. 1) to increase or decrease the power
(Min.=0%, Max.=100%).
By pressing the DHW "-" button (detail 1 - fig. 1), boiler output is immediately adjusted
to min. (0%). By pressing the DHW "+" button (detail 2 - fig. 1), boiler output is immedi-
ately adjusted to max. (100%).
If the TEST mode is activated and enough hot water is drawn to activate the DHW mode,
the boiler remains in TEST mode but the 3-way valve goes to DHW.
To deactivate the TEST mode, press the heating buttons (details 3 and 4 - fig. 1) together
for 5 seconds.
The TEST mode is automatically deactivated in any case after 15 minutes or on stopping
of hot water drawing (if enough hot water has been drawn to activate the DHW mode).
Heating power adjustment
To adjust the heating power, switch the boiler to TEST mode (see sec. 4.1). Press the
heating buttons fig. 1 (details 3 and 4 - ) to increase or decrease the power (min. = 00 -
max. = 100). Press the RESET button within 5 seconds and the max. power will remain
that just set. Exit TEST mode (see sec. 4.1).
Configuration Menu
The configuration Menu is accessed by pressing the DHW buttons together for 10 sec-
onds. 23 parameters are available, indicated by the letter "b", which are not modifiable
from Remote Timer Control.
Press the Heating buttons to scroll the list of parameters in increasing or decreasing or-
der. Press the DHW buttons to view or modify the value of a parameter: the modification
will be automatically saved.
