Maintenance Schedule

Always keep air outlet 4, discharge lock-off 2 and trigger
5 clean and free of foreign material (dust, chips, sand,
etc).
Measure
Draining the exhaust filter daily.
Keeping the lubricator filled at all
times.
Cleaning the magazine 11 and maga-
zine slider 12.
Ensuring that the discharge lock-off 2
functions properly.
Lubricating the pneumatic tool.
Draining the compressor.

Clean the magazine 11. Remove any plastic or wood chips
that may accumulate in the magazine during operation.
Clean the pneumatic tool in regular intervals using com-
pressed air.

ed lubricants.

compressed air.
– Blow out the mechanism of the
discharge lock-off daily with com-
pressed air.
– Apply 2
3 drops of lubricant into air
connector 8.

– Open the drain valve of the com-
pressor tank.
