Reset feature

The Wi-Fi camera may require resetting if the
integrated camera
− is in mode "Connect to existing WLAN", but
there is no WLAN available,
− is in mode "WLAN access point", but the user
forgot the WLAN password,
− behaves atypically.
After the reset to the factory settings,
the microscope camera is in mode
"WLAN access point".
For the WLAN identifier (SSID and
password), please refer to the label on
the back of the device (see also
section 4.1, page 8).
To reset the Wi-Fi camera, proceed as follows:
•
Switch Stemi 305 cam OFF and ON again.
•
Wait for camera initialization to be completed.
•
Keep the Reset button (Fig. 9/1) pressed for min. 10 seconds using an unbent paper clip or a needle.
•
Wait for the Reset procedure to be completed.
This takes approx. 80 to 100 seconds.
During the Reset procedure, the status LED of the camera first goes out, then flashes twice.
Camera initialization being complete, the status LED (Fig. 9/2) is lit permanently.
