EC CONFORMITY DECLARATION

The Bürkert Werke GmbH & Co. KG company hereby declares, as the manufactur-
er, that these products correspond to the requirements that are laid down in the Coun-
cil Directives for the harmonisation of the legal regulations of the member states regar-
ding
electrical equipment with nominal voltages of 50-1000 V AC or 75-1500 V DC
(Low voltage directive 73/23/EWG),
electromagnetic compatibility (89/336/EWG),
and for devices and protective systems for use in accordance with regulations in
areas with an explosion hazard (ATEX, 94/9EG).
In order to assess the products with regard to compliance with the Low voltage
