If the LED does not turn green after 2 seconds, but instead continue to blink red at slow intervals, the
receiver/control module does not recognize the current position for the pitch and tail function as motor-
off position.
Unplug the flight battery again and slide the control stick (possibly also the trim slider for the pitch
function, see ill. 1, pos. 9) to the lowest position.
Reconnect the flight battery and now check the correct function of the receiver/control module.
Warning!
The end of the receiver antenna, which protrudes from the cockpit, must be guided through the enclosed
plastic tube. Then the tube is snapped into place on the left side of the skid clamp into the catches (see
ill. 07). This ensures that the wire antenna does not protrude into the rotating parts of the mechanics.
If the control LED (see ill. 6, pos. 2) changes from green to red during flight, you have to charge your
model immediately to prevent damaging deep discharging of the flight accumulator.
Attention important!
Before starting to fly your model helicopter, you should take note of the following information
first.
d) Basic information relevant to the control of model helicopters
Before you fly your model, you should first familiarize yourself with the control possibilities open to you and thereby be
able to fly safely. The double rotor model helicopter is controlled via the two control sticks at the remote control
transmitter. The following functions are available:
Pitch Function
With the Pitch function you can control the flying height of the helicopter (see figure 7, Pos.A). The control is effected
with the left control stick (see figure 1, Pos. 12). To that effect, the control stick can be moved forward and backward.
Unlike with other control functions, .the stick does not keep springing back to the centre position.
As the angles of attack of the rotor blades are not modifiable, setting the flying height is effected via a common speed
modification of the two rotors.
• Pulling the control stick towards you switches off the motors and the rotors stop.
• If you push the control stick forward, the rotors run and increase the speed according to the position of the stick.
• When the control stick reaches the centre position, the helicopter should hover.
