It is advised to periodically accurately clean the rear part of the blade.
•
Make sure that the plug is disconnected from the mains outlet.
Rotate the knob (12) to «0». (Fig. M)
•

Remove the food pusher (7) and the sliding carriage (6) (together with the finger
guard "8") (Fig. N)
Use a coin to rotate the screw (4) clockwise and remove it. (Fig. P)
•
Remove the blade (3) in order to clean it. (Fig. P)
•
•
For reassembly, position the blade and block it by rotating the screw (4) anticlock-
wise.
Protect your hands with gloves and hold on tightly to the blade.
Danger of cutting!
Never perform the cleaning of the moving blade.
The blade is very sharp, manipulate it carefully.

Correctly reassemble the blade (3) after cleaning.
Make sure the wheel (4) is correctly hooked.
Do not over tighten the wheel (4).

Disconnect the plug from the power socket.
Rotate the knob (12) to «0». (Fig. M)

Remove the food pusher (7) and the sliding carriage (6) (together with the finger
guard "8") (Fig. N)
Close the surface (5) on the motor body (2). (Fig. Q)

Wrap the power cord in its specific seat under the motor body (2). (Fig. Q)

Press on the finger guard (8) sides and then raise it to release it from the sliding car-
riage (6). (Fig. R)
•
Fold the finger guard (8) on the sliding carriage (6) to reduce its size and store it.
