11. Fit the support place, slotted screw and clamping
screw (Fig. 18). The slotted screw (Item 12, Fig.
19) must not tension the support plate (Item 11,
Fig. 19) and must remain open by 0.5 to 1 mm
(Fig. 19). A setscrew which is already adjusted
and mounted in the factory serves as the end stop
for the slotted screw and can be adjusted with a
2.5 mm Allen key (Fig. 18).

13. Insert and secure the finger guard.

Warning!
Before
any ma nipulation of the
machine, the c ompressed air s upply
must be either closed or decoupled!
Warning!
Never put y our ha nd ne ar the s harp
side of the blade, otherwise you may
cut yourself badly!
Important!
Never switch the machine on with the
blade gua rd in the
position, otherwise the b lade will be
damaged!
Warning!
The ma ximum tighte ning torque of
the clamp ing screw is 3 N m. Use th e
torque wrench s upplied for th
purpose!
The sharpening device ES-60F guarantees radius-
accurate sharpening/dressing of the blade.
1. Release the clamping screws and push the blade
guard upwards as far as it will go; the blade is
pushed via the blade holder into the correct
position and exposed for sharpening. In addition,
the bla de will be in the
subsequent a lignment of t he bla de gua rd (fig.
20).
