4 - Sample measurement

A sample mesure can only be done after a calibration has been done, at least after turning the device on to
reinitialize the atmospheric pressure sensor.
• Rinsing
- Check that the drain valve is correctly closed.
- Refill the boiler with the standard wine to the first ball of the condenser,
then empty the boiler using the drain valve.
• Boiling point of the standard wine
- Refill the boiler to the bottom of the meniscus above the red line.
- Check that the refrigerating circuit is still active.

The heating (shown by the symbol ) lasts about 7 minutes, during which
the temperature rise can be seen on the screen.
To stop heating during the operation, press again on the heating button.
- When the boiling temperature is stable, the device makes a beep to
indicate the end of the measurement. Heating stops automatically.

- Check that the disc is correctly calibrated or the programme «EBULLIOLOG»
correctly set up. Then read the alcohol content of the wine matching with
the boiling temperature T

When the wine is boiling, check on the thermometer that the temperature
is stable (after 1 to 2 minutes). Once it is stable, record the boiling
