• Bluetooth is not activated on your smartphone. Activate Bluetooth

smartphone settings.
• The battery in the activity sensor is flat. If the activity sensor does not switch
on, charge it with the USB charging cable supplied.
• Check that you are using the correct app. Data transfer is only possible with
the "beurer HealthManager" app.
• The activity sensor is connected to another smartphone. Disconnect the activi-
ty sensor first before connecting it to another smartphone.
