The momentary system status remains upon power outage.
The SIM card owner is solely responsibility for protecting against misuse of the card.

2.2 Functional Prerequisites
Obtaining an SIM Card:
You can obtain a personal SIM card from the telephone company of your choice. You will
receive a telephone number and a PIN code with your SIM card.
Preparing your SIM card for use with your SMSB10 AD Butler:
- Insert the SIM card into your mobile phone.
- Deactivate the PIN interrogation.
- Delete all entries from the telephone book of the SIM card.
- In the first position of the telephone book enter the 4 digit password that you
wish to use to operate your SMSB10 AD.
e.g.,:
Digits: 1234
Name: Heating, Garage door
Carry out the entries in accordance with the instructions for your mobile.
Mobile Signal Availability:
Before installing your SMSB10 AD, ensure smooth operation by checking its installation lo-
cation—use your mobile phone to make certain that an adequate signal is continually re-
ceivable there from your mobile network.
2.3 Installation
Installing your SMSB10 AD Butler:
Install your SMSB10 AD on a suitable mounting rail. Then connect the voltage supply (12 or
24 V
) and the device to be switched in accordance with the following schematic.
