Causes
The control panel is in manual mode
Despite the sufficient water level in the tank, the
float switch did not change the supply mode.
The cable is damaged or the float switch is
blocked inside the tank
The system is automatically renewing the water
inside the break-tank (check chapter 6.2)
The float valve is defective or mechanically
blocked
Controller error codes
A01: Dry running
A11: Default detected on the float switch
or with the cistern pump (if installed) in
the rainwater storage tank
A21: Issue with the flow sensor
A02: Overvoltage
A05: Issue with the pressure sensor
The system detected a default but tries a
restart after 5 minutes

Remedies
Restore the correct functioning mode on the
control panel.
Check the contacts or perform a visual control.
Nothing to do, it's a programmed feature. Check
chapter 6.2.
Perform a visual check, and if needed remove the
break-tank in order to check the float valve.
Check the water inlets and then press RESET to
restart the system
Check the float switch and the cistern pump (if
installed)
Press RESET to cancel the default. If it lasts, con-
tact the Wilo after-sales service
Check the electric network, then press RESET
Press RESET to cancel the default. If it lasts, con-
tact the Wilo after-sales service
Wait for the automatic restart (ART), otherwise
press RESET for a manual restart.
