Sono quelle operazioni di riparazione e sostituzione
di uno o piu componenti della macchina che di norma
si rendono necessarie solo dopo anni di buon funzio-
namento e che non alterano le caratteristiche della
macchina.
In caso di modifiche sostanziali, il co-
struttore non può essere considerato
responsabile per eventuali pericoli che
potessero insorgere.
INDIvIDUAZIONE GUASTI
PROBLEMA
Le piante rilasciate dalle
pinze cadono in avanti e
parzialmente sotterrate.
Le piante messe a dimora
sono/risultano semi estratte
dal terreno e piegate all'in-
dietro (contrariamente al
senso di marcia).
PROBLEM
The plants released by the
grippers fall forward and
partially buried.

bent backwards (opposite
to the direction of travel).

POSSIBILE CAUSA
Le pinze aprono troppo in anticipo
lasciando nel vuoto la pianta, prima
che sopraggiunga il terreno a bloc-
carla, in corretta posizione verticale.
Le pinze aprono troppo in ritardo, la
pianta viene collocata verticalmente
tra la terra, ma la pinza non aprendo-
si in quell'istante, trascina la pianta
all'indietro verso l'alto.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The grippers open too early, leaving
the plant before the soil blocks it in
the correct vertical position.
The grippers open too late and the
plant is placed vertically between the
soil, but the gripper does not open
at that moment and drags the plant
backwards and upwards.

years of good operation and which do not alter the

Agire sulle viti (A) del registro slitte di aper-
tura pinze, in direzione contraria all senso
di marcia, su entrambi i lati dei registri,
spostando di circa 10 o 15 millimetri alla
volta, fino alla risoluzione del problema.

apertura pinze,in direzione del senso di
marcia, su entrambi i lati,spostando di 10 o
15 millimetri alla volta, fino alla risoluzione
del problema.
SOLUTIONS
Actuate the screws (A) of the gripper open-
ing slide register, in the opposite direction
to that of travel, on both sides of the regis-
ters, moving about 10 or 15 millimetres at
a time, until the problem is solved.
