Suspending the lift from the rail

HeliQ is mounted directly in the rail roller,
which is located in the rail. Do not use any
distance strap or similar.
Remove the pins (A) holding the two bolts (B)
to the rail roller. Remove the bolts and raise the
lift to the rail roller. Make sure that the holes in
the connector on the lift and the holes in the rail
roller are lined up, and replace the bolts in the
holes. Secure the bolts with the two pins. The
lift can be mounted in either direction.
Switch on at the mains and the lift is ready for
use.

Hand control

The hand control is equipped with an Up
button (12) and a Down button (11) for raising
and lowering the lift. The hand control is
also equipped with an OFF/ON button (14)
for activation/deactivation of the lift and an
emergency lowering button (13) for quickly
lowering the lift.
Lifts equipped with a travelling motor have a
hand control with seven buttons. In addition
to the buttons described above, there are also
buttons for moving the lift forwards (17) and
backwards (18), as well as an alarm button (19).
When the lift is loaded with less than approx.
40 kg it can be run at two speeds. If the Up
or Down button is pressed for longer than 3
seconds, the lift will run in the faster mode. If
the lift is loaded with more than approx. 40 kg
it will only run in the slower mode. The force
required to operate the push buttons is 4.4N.
On the short side of the hand control there is
an input for charging the lift (15) and an input
(mini-USB) for communicating with the lift (16).
