Moreover, visual inspection of the device should be carried out quarterly.
Proceed as follows during this activity:
− The electrician should check all connecting cables for damage.
− Check for visible damage and leakage of compressed air connections and hoses.
− Check for visible damage of the filtration device.
− Check the setting of the pressurised air controller. The pressure controller is
located in the ventilator component behind the service cover
Proceed as follows:
• Switch off the filter system and ull out the mains plug.
• Remove the rear service cover of the ventilator component.
• Check the settings of both pressure controllers, on the pressurised air container
(pos. 3), as well as on the 3/2 directional control valve. 4).
• The pressure level on the pressurised air container (pos. 3) must be adjusted
to 5 bar as needed.
• The pressure level on the 3/2 directional control valve (pos. 4) must be adjusted
to 0.8 bar as needed. Turn the pressure controller counterclockwise to
completely release pressure, then switch the 3/2 directional control valve to
passage "1" using the adjusting screw. Now the pressure controller can be set
to 0.8 bar. Then set the adjusting screw on the 3/2 directional control valve back
to the "0" position so that passage of the 3/2 control valve is blocked once
again.
