Remove the packaging foil and any tensioning straps from the individual
●
packaging units.
Now lift the components from pallet [A] and position them in the previously
●
determined location in your production hall. For this purpose, use the crane
eyelets located on the suction component (pos. 5). Please note that power
and air supply must be available at the planned installation location.
Remove the bumper buffer device by by loosening the screws (pos. 7). The
●
bumper buffer device can now be removed.
The base plate of the ventilator component has eight mounting holes to fix the
●
filter system securely to the hall floor. The filter system must be fixed to the
hall floor using appropriate mounting materials. For example, for C25/30
reinforced concrete, we recommend the following mounting materials:

Now attach the removed parts of the buffer bumper device back to the filter
●
component using screws.
Loosen the clamping ring (pos. 4) which connects the ventilator component
●
(pos. 1) with the suction component (pos. 3). Lift it up and set it on an empty
pallet.
Lift up the filter component (pos. 2) which is on the second pallet [B] using the
●
crane eyelets (pos. 6) inside the flter component (pos.2) and set it on the
ventilator component attached to the floor (pos. 1).
Make sure that the color markings on the respective flanges of both
components (ventilator and filter) are properly aligned with each other. Only
then is the proper position achieved.
Connect the ventilator component (pos. 1) and filter component (pos. 2) with

the clamping ring (pos. 4). Please ensure the proper fit of the seal set in the
clamping ring.
Open the upper clamping ring (pos. 4) of the filter component (pos. 2) and set
●
the suction component (pos. 3) on the filter component (pos. 2). Connect both
parts with the clamping ring (pos. 4).
