2. PREPARING THE MACHINE

Prepare the machine before every process cycle.
Be sure that the machine, especially parts which come in contact
with food products, are perfectly clean; use hot water to clean.
Position the machine on a stable and strong support to prevent
accidental overturn when full loaded.
The heating source that will heat the machine must not be
dangerous for the user.
Be sure that the juice has not started fermentation process,
otherwise it might not pass through the coil and come out from
the lower tap.
The beginning of fermentation process varies according to the
environmental conditions. At the temperature of 18°C the juice
starts the process after about 12 hours (indicative values, just as
an example).
Check juice density before putting it into the machine, its
density determines the speed of juice in coming out. In case the
juice is too thick, its outflow can be very slow or it could not
come out at all.
To obtain a bottled juice without deposit, it's necessary to filter
the juice, or leave it in the refrigerator, before putting into the
machine.
