5.3 Operation

•
After unpacking and before setup, clean the device in accordance with the
instructions given in 6.2 "Cleaning".
•
Connect the device to a power source by first connecting the power cord to the
adapter, then by inserting the plug into a grounded socket.
•
The digital display will show the set temperature value and the LED cooling indicator
will come on.
•
The device should reach the set temperature before food products in GN containers
are placed inside.
