2) WEIGHT LIMIT: this Lift-out chair cannot be used by
persons weighing more than 110 Kg (17.32 stone) (Madison
Plus); 120 kg (18.9 stone) (Miami & Cleveland).
If the motor no longer works and the armchair is in the
reclined position, it is imperative that the user should be
assisted when getting out of the armchair.
Always be sure to centre your weight on the seat cushion
regardless of whether or not the armchair is reclined.
3) If the motor is used continuously for 2 minutes or more,
wait 18 minutes before using it again.
4) Do not move the armchair when it is in the reclined posi-

tion.
5) Do not move this armchair when it is in use or connected
to the power supply.
If any part of the armchair should catch fire, use only an ap-
proved powder type fire extinguisher.
6) The remote control is intended for use only by the occu-
pant of the armchair.
6.1) Chair with one motor (Madison Plus & Cleveland version)
Chairs with a single motor have a two-button remote control
A. Switch from a seated position to the lift-out function.
Return from the recline position to the seated position.
B. Switch from the seated position to the recline position.
Return from the lift-out function to the seated position.
6.2) Two-motor chair (Miami version)
Chairs with two motors have a four-button remote control for
activating the backrest and leg rest separately, offering a wider
variety of positions.
A. Switch from a seated position to the lift-out function.
Return from the recline position to the seated position.
B. Raise the backrest
C. Switch from the seated position to the recline position.
Return from the lift-out function to the seated position.
D. Lower the backrest.
