Assembly Instructions
Remove all the separate parts from the packaging, lay them
on the floor and check that all are there on the basis of the
packing list in these instructions for assembly and use. Please
note that a number of parts have been connected directly to
the main frame and preassembled.In addition, there are seve-
ral other individual parts that have been attached to separate
units. This will make it easier and quicker for you to assemble
the equipment. Assembly time: 25 min.
Step 1:
Attach the rear stabilizer (3) and handle post (5).
1. Place 4 screws M8x16 (12), 4 washers 8//16 (13) and 2 buffer
(14) accessibly beside the rear part of the main frame (1).
2. Lift up the pre-assembled unit carefully at seat frame (2) (pay
attention in regard to squeezing danger) and slide at first the
roller from middle frame (4) into the open ends of main frame
(1). Place the buffers (2) with cutouts in front into the main frame
too and finally put the rear stabilizer (3) with holder into the main
frame (1). Tighten the rear stabilizer (3) with screws (12) and
washers (13) at main frame (1).
3. Push the axle 3 (39) into the plastic bushings of front support
tube (8) and put the pedal support tube (7) with holder at front
support tube (8) so that the holes aligned. Put on screws (12)
one washer (13) and fix the pedal support tube (7) at front sup-
port tube (8) on both sides.
4. Lead the handle post (5) with lower end to the middle frame (4)
and connect the sensor cable (30) with connection cable (34).
Push the handle post into the matching locator in the middle
frame (4) without squeezing the cable.
Lock it in desired position by insert the quick release (28). (The
setting of the handle post (5) can be adjusted easily as desired-
later through turning and pulling the quick release (28).)
Step 2:
Attach the foot pedals (44) seat pad (22).
1. Put a wave washer (43) on screws M12x155 (42) and tighten the
pedals (44) at left and right side of pedal support tube (7).
2. Adjust the seat pad (22) on seat supports (2L+2R) so that the
threaded holes in the rear of seat pad (22) are align with the ho-
les of seat supports (2L+2R) and screw it tightly by using screw
M8x55 (24) and washer 8//16 (13).
(Note: The seat pad has 6 threads to adjust the seat pad (22) on
seat frame (2L+2R) into more or less front position, depends the
body height.)
