7.2 RCD plug (Fig. 10)
Connect the RCD plug (37) to the power supply.
Press the reset button (38) and the control lamp (39)
will begin to shine. Press the test button (40) to
check the function of the RCD plug. If everything is
working properly the control lamp (39) will go out and
the contact to the power supply will be interrupted.
The RCD plug triggers at a fault current of 30 mA.
Defective RCD plugs must be replaced by a qualified
electrician.
Press the reset key (38) again in order to be able to

The machine must be set up so that it stands
firmly, i.e. it must be securely screwed to a work
bench, the base frame supplied in delivery, or
similar.
All covers and safety devices must be correctly
attached before the machine is used for the first
time.
The cutting wheel must rotate smoothly.
Check that the voltage on the rating plate is the
same as your supply voltage before you connect
the machine to the power supply.
Always stand to the side of the cutting wheel
when working with the machine.

Secure the four feet (1) to the base frame (12)
using one screw (17), spring ring (18) and
washer (19) for each foot.
Turn the base frame upright (Fig. 3 – 4).
Insert the two screws (20) for the trough fixture
through the square holes in the base frame (12)
and place the trough (3) in the base frame (12)
(Figure 4).
Press the sealing plug (23) into the hole in the
trough (3).
Press the cooling water pump (13) into the
holder (24) trough and then insert the pump with
holder into the recess provided in the trough (3)
(Fig. 5 – 6).
Place the tile cutter into the trough (3) and screw
on the trough fixture (21) using the star nut (22)
and screws (20) (Figure 7).
Unscrew and remove the star handle screw for
the transport brace (11) and spacer (28) and
keep them in a safe place (Figure 8 – 9).
Fill the trough (3) with water until the cooling
water pump (13) is completely immersed.
