Step 4
Installing the rear carrier onto the bike
The rear carrier includes a separate sachet with small bolts, you'll need them in this step.
1. Remove the bolts at the silver rod that connects the fender to the frame.
2. Bend the legs of the frame outwards.
3. Secure the front side of the rear carrier underneath the saddle using the long bolt from the sachet.
4. Secure the legs of the rear carrier at the spot where the silver rod connects the fender. Use the bolts from the sa-
chet.
Step 5
Connecting the plug to the lighting
Now that the rear carrier is installed, it's important to re-connect the plugs to the rear light.
1. There's a silver hook in the rear carrier. Using a small piece of tape, secure the plugs to the hook on the side of the
saddle.
Tip: Make sure the silver hook is fully extended, see picture. It must be pulled all the way through!
2. Now that the plugs are attached, pull at the other end of the silver hook (the side where you installed the light). This
way, the lighting wire will be pulled through the frame of the luggage carrier.
3. Now that the plugs are protruding from the other end of the frame, they can be reconnected to the rear light. Put the
plugs in the lighting. (It doesn't matter which plug goes into which port).
4. Check that the lighting works by switching on the electric assistance and the lighting.
