Zum Warten des Dichtrings 15 schrauben Sie den Pumpende-
ckel 14 ab und ziehen den Kolben aus der Pumpe. Schmieren
Sie den Dichtring 15, setzen Sie den Kolben in die Pumpe und
schrauben Sie den Pumpendeckel 14 wieder fest an.
Wechseln Sie beschädigte Dichtungen sofort aus.
Verwenden Sie ausschließlich Bosch-Ersatzteile.

Safety Notes
Read all safety warnings and all instruc-
tions. Failure to follow the warnings and in-
structions may result in electric shock, fire
and/or serious injury.
This water pump is designed exclusively for the supply
of water to diamond wet drill bits.
Check the water pump for damage each time before
using. Excessive loading/straining during operation and
transport, incorrect storage and insufficient maintenance
can lead to premature wear of the water pump. In case of
damage to the pressure container 11 or unexplainable
pressure loss, the water pump must be inspected by a
qualified person.
Always check the water pump is working correctly be-
fore use. Pay particular attention to the leak-tightness
of the hose connection and screwed connections.
Check the material for the formation of cracks, brittle-
ness and corrosion.
Check the safety valve before each use. To do so, fit the
pump and screw them together. Operate the pump until a
pressure increase is no longer visible on the manometer
(the safety valve blows off the pressure). The maximum
pressure displayed on the manometer must not exceed
6.6 bar.
Do not expose filled water pump to sunlight for pro-
longed periods. The operating temperature must not
exceed 50 °C.
Fill the water pump only with clean water. Always use
the filling sieve 2.
Before opening the water pump, always actuate the
pressure-relief valve 6. Danger of injury when opening a
pressurised water pump.
Protect the water pump against freezing, especially
when filled. Store the water pump only emptied and
pressure-free. Otherwise, the pressure container 11 can
become damaged.
Do not leave filled water pump in the installation loca-
tion unattended.
No repairs or renovation whatsoever may be per-
formed on pressure vessel 11. For reasons of safety, we
recommend having the water pump tested by an approved
testing laboratory after five years .
The service life of the water pump must be determined
by the operator on the basis of a risk assessment and
taking the operating conditions into account. Owing to
the potential for material fatigue, we strongly recom-
mend that the pump is not used beyond a service life of
10 years.
Repairs to this water pump must be performed by
authorised specialists only. Order spare parts from your
specialist dealer, who will immediately provide you with
the appropriate parts.
