Clean the flange plate.

Then remove the blind plugs from the threaded holes and
remove the PE blind plate.
Use a socket spanner to screw the supplied M20 threaded

bolts firmly in place.
Position the waterproof sheeting (a) and rubber inlays (b)

– if required in the case of loosely laid sheeting – on the
fixed flange following the instructions of the sheeting
manufacturer.
For plastic waterproof sheeting, use the rubber inlays
(accessories: Z-(D)-FUFA) according to the manufacturer's
requirements if necessary.
Slide the loose flange (split above � 250 mm), with coun-

terbores and chamfer, over the threaded bolts towards
the waterproof sheeting.
Fit the flat washers and nuts on the threaded bolts. Screw
the nuts in place crosswise with the torque spanner and
tighten up several times.
• Sealing HSD-C(D) (accessories) is recommended
if using a galvanised flange.
• The tightening torque must be adapted to the type
of sealing in question (see Tab. 2 and additional
notes for Tab. 1 and 2 according to DIN 18195-9).
