MAINTENANCE
ATTENTION! L'entretien doit être effectué par un personnel technique formé et autorisé pour des interventions
sur des réfrigérants inflammables.
ATTENTION! Toute intervention effectuée sur l'appareil par l'utilisateur exige absolument le débranchement
du connecteur de la prise de courant.
ATTENTION! Porter des chaussures et des gants de protection durant les opérations d'entretien.
OPÉRATION
Nettoyage des surfaces externes
Nettoyage des parties internes (pas utilisation d'outils)
Contrôle câble d'alimentation, fiches et/ou prises électriques
Contrôle de l'état des joints d'étanchéité
Contrôler l'état des plaques d'avertissement
Contrôle de l'état des conduits de l'installation frigorifique
Inspection des câbles et connexions internes de puissance
Remplacement du câble d'alimentation
Remplacement panneau de commande (centrale électronique)

10. OUTER CLEANING
WARNING! TURN OFF POWER SUPPLY TO THE CABINET BY DISCONNECTING THE POWER
PLUG BEFORE CLEANING.
For a good preservation of the cabinet's body a periodical cleaning is necessary.
1. EXTERNAL BODY
: When necessary, the external body should be cleaned with a cloth and a neutral soap and water solution.
2. SURFACES IN PLASTIC MATERIAL
under no circumstances should alcohol, methylated spirits or solvents be used.
3. TOUCH SCREEN
: Never use solvents of any kind, never pour water directly on the screen. Slightly dampen a cotton
cloth and pass it over the screen to remove dirt or foreign bodies. Dry the screen well and pass over it with a microfibre cloth.
11. TANK CLEANING
WARNING! TURN OFF POWER SUPPLY TO THE CABINET BY DISCONNECTING THE POWER
PLUG BEFORE CLEANING.
By tank cleaning, proceed as follows:
1.
Remove the product from inside the tank.
2.
Unplug the unit.
3.
Leave the doors open and begin the operation of tank washing when the tank temperature is the same as the ambient
temperature.
4.
Wash inside the tank carefully with neutral soap, without using large quantities of water.
5.
Rinse and AMBIENT carefully.
6.
Re-start the equipment and wait for it to reach temperature before filling it again.
Do not use any aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents.
Never use a water hose or a high-pressure jet to clean the cabinet.
WARNING! Do not use jet of water to clean the cabinet: electrical wiring could be damaged.
WARNING! Never use mechanical devices or any other means to accelerate the defrosting process,
other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
12. FINNED CONDENSER CLEANING
At least once every 30 days proceed with cleaning of impurities from the finned capacitor (dust and
dirt) that accumulates between the fins on the front surface, obstructing good air circulation.
A dirty condenser reduces the performance of the equipment, increasing the energy consumption.
Cleaning should be carried out with a soft brush or preferably with a vacuum cleaner.
Operation must be carried out by qualified technical staff.
