MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN PROFILE
Creation, enabling and disabling of the maintenance accounts take place directly on the collection terminal.
Access to maintenance mode is exclusively reserved for Epta and its partners.
The main functions of the MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN PROFILE are:
Software configuration
Upgrade
Version number
Display of the last pings with network and hardware
Change the volume
Report for order
Doors selection
Display the log and the events on the doors
Kiosk report: Kiosk log display
Enable/disable a door
Opening of all doors.
Contact the support service, if you need one of the items listed above.
WARNING!
The door lock is equipped with a magnetic stop; if the door is opened, opening is signalled with an alarm.
If the lock is broken, the master column will signal the door is "NOT ACTIVE".
14. MALFUNCTION AND REMEDIES
Most of the functioning inconveniences are generally due to simple causes or to defective electrical connections.
These problems can usually be solved on site.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Check that there is voltage at the wall socket
Check that the cable is properly plugged

If power failure is not due to any of the above causes, call the nearest after-sales service immediately, empty the cabinet and store the
foods in coldrooms or refrigerators that may ensure their preservation temperature.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Check that the unit is not adjacent to sources of heat
Check the temperature setting
If failure to cool should is not due to any of the above reasons it it persists on even after the above checks, resort to the nearest after-sales
service.

Check that all the bolts and nuts are properly fastened
Check that the unit is placed on an even surface
Check if any pipe or fan is in contact with any other part of the body
Should the inconvenience persist, contact the nearest after-sales service.

magnetic device, to the internal side
of PILOT column
Reset the connection inside the PILOT
column
Replace the cable
SOLUTION
Position the equipment correctly
Set the correct temperature
SOLUTION
Screw in the screws
Position the equipment correctly
Switch off the counter and distance
the parts in contact in the event the
problem persists, contact the support
service.
