Sekoa helps in preventing from moisture damage where books or valuables are stored, in basements, etc. Its drying by
absorption technology (dessication) allows it to operate at low temperatures (up to 1°C). In terms of hygiene and comfort,
Air Naturel advices a relative humidity between 40 and 60%.
STARTING UP
Before plugging the device on mains power, check that
the Sekoa is turned off.
When you first use the dehumidifier and periodically
afterwards you might notice a smell coming from the
dehumidifier. This is caused by the Zeolite desiccant material
and is not harmful to humans or pets.

Power pad

Press to turn the dehumidifier on and off.
Fan speed

Press to toggle between the three fan speeds, 1 (low), 2
(medium) and 3 (high). In "High" mode fan speed the
machine defaults to a Continuous running mode.
Hygrostat
③
Press to switch the integrated hygrostat on and
constantly measures the humidity and manages the
dehumidification process.
45° air outlet (angle)

Press to open and close the 45° air outlet.
HOW TO USE
• Press "Power" ① to turn the unit on. 1. Beeper alarms
responds by 3 times and the fan starts.
• Press "Speed" to toggle between the three fan speeds.

• Press "Hygro" ③ to select the preset humidity setting.
• Press "Swing", "Timer" and/or "Ion" pad in order to initiate
the desired function of Sekoa (see "Control panel" and
"Function" sections). Once the function is activated, the
concerned light indicator lights. Press the button again
to exit the selected mode. When the tank is full or when it
has not been placed correctly, the LED "Full"
Sekoa stops.
• Press "Power" ① to turn the unit off.
CAUTON: when the target relative humidity has been
reached, the dehumidifier will stop drying the air but the
fan will continue to run for 5 more Minutes in order to cool
down its components. Do not unplug the dehumidifier as
the device is not completely extinguished.

This smell will disappear after few hours of operation and
cannot be considered a sign of a fault.
• Place the humidifier on the floor. Plug the power cord to
the mains power and turn the device on.
• Check whether the filter is in place. Never use the device
without filter.

SETTINGS OF HYGROSTAT :
The device works continuously without any ambient
humidity limit.
Runs the dehumidifier until a relative humidity of 35%
has been reached by the dehumidifier. Ideal for
laundry drying!
Aims to achieve a (perfect) relative humidity of 45 ~ 55
%. This is the HygroSmart
most household applications!
Runs the dehumidifier until a relative humidity of 70%
has been reached by the dehumidifier. Ideal for a
wine cellar!
